I love Woodbury Commons. The mall has great stores, my favorite Gucci and Burberry Outlets. I travel from Prince George County in Maryland at least two times a year.
As wonderful as Woodbury is, I would hardly consider it in upstate NY. It's only an hour outside of Manhattan! Rochester, Buffalo, the Adirondacks mountains...that's upstate.
