What Stefan wants: “Someone who is organized and clean. No drama. She has to love my restaurant, because I spend most of my days there. I’d absolutely like to date someone else in this business, but she doesn’t have to be. I don’t have a type or a favorite race or anything. It’s all about chemistry. I know it when I see it.”

His first-date choice: “My house. I’m a public figure, so it would be fine to do it there; it doesn’t seem as creepy. A lot of guys would make an elaborate six-course meal. That’s B.S. Make one really good dish, like risotto. It’s versatile whether she’s a vegetarian, pescatarian or a meat eater. And of course we’d have wine! If you don’t drink, forget it. Food culture is wine.
