Professional baristas and coffee geniuses Daniel Humphries and Anne Nylander formed the New York Coffee Society to host cuppings, tastings and lectures for dedicated coffee lovers. •Joe has its own coffee college; the next “semester” of beginners’ classes in home-brewing techniques and espresso extraction begins in September.
