New Museum of Contemporary Art
Starting Wed 28, the NewMu is turning over its entire space to the Swiss provocateur Urs Fischer, who once took a jackhammer to the floor of Gavin Brown’s Enterprise, making the place a theme-park Ground Zero. Expect more of the same at the NewMu, including a Brobdingnagian tongue protruding at visitors from a large hole in the wall. 235 Bowery between Prince and Spring Sts, 212-219-1222, newmuseum.org. SculptureCenter
