Winner 2

"Please give me a pair of tix because I am the biggest police fan in the world. I traveled extensively to see them during one summer of my youth, sticking my thumb out all along the eastern seaboard. Ah, youth. Once, when I was 17, I was lucky enough to see them from the second row and I ran up on stage and shoved my tongue down Sting's throat. (Fear not, that was 25 years ago and I've matured a lot since then.)
I have spent much time on hard pavement camping out for tickets. (Remember when being first in line used to guarantee front-row center?!) I got priced out of their shows and honestly can't afford the $$$ to see them now—how sad is that?! At girls' night last week, one of my friends requested hearing the Police and, though it had been a while since I played them (Regatta de Blanc, joy), I was still amazed and amused that I knew every note and every lyric to every song. It made me realize how much I love them and how memorable their music is! Oh, and the jacket in the photos was pulled out at the same girls' night. I was afraid to put it on and happy that it still semi-fit 25 years later!"—Amy Yankowitz, Manhattan
[Ed note: We hope you haven't matured too much, Amy. Congratulations!]
