Dream job: “My dream job used to be to own my own restaurants, but honestly, I’d rather cook than deal with financial stuff. I want to push what I am doing, so it would be a dream to work at a place where I am allowed to do that.”Why here? “I’ve hung out on this block my whole life. I played basketball across the street for 25 years. This is home. I’ve closed this bar many, many times.”
