“I had a really good experience during my photo shoot but freaked out when I saw the magazine. The pictures were way too sexy. I wasn’t bothered by the nudity so much as the look in my eye, the open mouth—it was over-the-top. I also thought the other people would be as naked as I was. But they were so covered, so strategic with their hands and their cats and their fresh-market vegetables. I just put it all out there. I guess I have problems seeing exactly how sexy I can be. I’m always the girl tripping up stairs, falling off my bike, dressing like a boy, talking like a boy and making dumb faces. It’s empowering to prove to everyone that I have sex appeal, but to see myself looking so hot was a shock. I don’t regret it though: I live life like an open book and try to keep things fun. I mean, shit, I was on the cover of Time Out!”
