BEFORE THE SHOW
You’ll need a reservation to land a table at Café Fiorello (1900 Broadway between 63rd and 64th Sts, 212-595-5330), but it’s worth the hassle for the double-pepperoni pizza made with San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
AFTER THE SHOW
Having taken in some ethical culture, drink in some of the liquid variety at elegant Café des Artistes (1 W 67th St between Central Park West and Columbus Ave, 212-877-3500). Don’t think of it as dated—think of it as classic New York.
