Even if you're not a scrapbooker, tickets are fun keepsakes, reminding you of anything from the first baseball game you attended with your dad to that magical performance by Patti LuPone in Sweeney Todd. And if you're anything like us, you've got a few special ones (or more than a few) stashed away to reminisce on later.
In honor of our ticket spectacular, we want to see your most cherished stubs. Maybe you kept them because of personal significance (tell us about it!), the magnitude of the show or just a cool design. Send us the photos or scans and next week we'll put up a gallery of our favorites. The person who sends in the coolest ticket, with the most compelling backstory (according to us), will earn a copy of our New York Eating & Drinking 2008 guide.
Finally, a few quick notes on submissions:
• Please include your name and borough or city of residence.
• Please explain why the ticket(s) you're sending is significant or interesting to you.
• The file size of your image should be between 1MB and 3MB (preferably in JPEG format). Especially large files will be bounced back by our e-mail program.
• You are welcome to send more than one image. Just make sure the total attachments in your e-mail do not exceed 5MB in size.
Got it? Cool. Now send those pictures to onlineeditor@timeoutny.com
