The milky detritus at the bottom of a cereal bowl isn’t the most conventional inspiration for a bakery, but Christina Tosi isn’t exactly the most conventional pastry chef. Jelly-doughnut soft-serve, crack pie, compost cookies, Gorgonzola bread and, of course, cereal milk have cemented Tosi’s reputation as the city’s most charmingly deranged sugar sorceress.
