This East Village bar uncovers the earth’s riches, and you’ve rewarded them for it. Co-owner Paul Grieco selects his bottles with expression of place in mind, an old-world concept that goes beyond varietal to include the local factors that make a wine what it is. Add to that an excellent menu of small plates from Hearth’s Marco Canora, and the result is remarkable.
